📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training are completed.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and grievances, promoting a harmonious work environment.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training history.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, helping them grow and develop within the organization.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
