📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular outlet audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.,Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.,Understanding of POS systems and retail software is an advantage.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
