📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and coordinating team activities and projects.,Lead and supervise team members, ensuring they are performing their tasks effectively and efficiently.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to improve productivity and performance.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities and that they are fulfilling them.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members.,Support the Captain in managing team budgets and resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.,Maintain a positive and productive team environment, fostering good relationships and communication among team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a team management or leadership position.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with team management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of success in previous roles.
