📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the finance team in managing payroll and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in CPA or ACCA is a plus.
