📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage customer complaints and issues.,Provide information about the store's products and services.,Assist with inventory management and stock control.,Support the team during peak hours and special events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
