📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of building structures.,Oversee the preparation of structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.,Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.,Conduct site inspections to verify the construction of structures.,Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.,Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.,Professional engineering license (SIPP, SIT, or equivalent) is a plus.,Familiarity with structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
