📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Conduct regular audits to assess operational performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide training and support to staff to enhance operational skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
