Town Home Abadi is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our remote team in Ubud, Bali. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
