📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor departmental performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
