📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the investment control process to ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.,Monitor and report on investment activities to ensure they align with the company's strategic objectives.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to govern investment activities.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of investment portfolios to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure investment decisions are made in line with the company's risk appetite and strategic goals.,Provide guidance and support to the investment team on compliance matters.,Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company's investment activities are adapted accordingly.,Prepare and present regular reports to the board of directors and senior management on investment performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment control, governance, and compliance, with a strong background in finance and investment management.,Proven track record of success in managing investment portfolios and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international financial regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and internal teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in investment management, governance, and compliance are a plus.
