📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any concerns.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve store goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a bonus.,Proven ability to work in a team environment.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and priorities.
