📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Actively prospect and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Promote our products or services effectively and persuasively.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales acumen and ability to build rapport with customers.

High energy, outgoing personality, and ability to work well under pressure.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
