IRIS Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Pluit, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.,Track and report on sales performance and client satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Knowledge of the telecommunications or related industry is a plus.
