📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.,Support the Outlet Manager in training and developing staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or food industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
