📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of sales and support staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the head office.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a sales or service-oriented company.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with sales and customer service operations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
