🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful business transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
