📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and organizing team activities and events.,Support the Captain in managing team schedules and ensuring smooth operations.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Captain in maintaining a positive and productive team environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.,Support the Captain in any other duties as may be required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with team management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and innovative company is a plus.
