📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed construction drawings and technical documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately translated into construction plans.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to field teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Participate in design reviews and problem-solving sessions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and coordination roles within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
