As a Barista at Kimpton in Bali, you’ll be at the heart of our café, preparing a diverse menu of specialty coffees using high-end espresso machines and grinders. Your daily tasks will include brewing espresso, latte art, and other coffee-based beverages, ensuring that every cup is made with precision and care. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, stocking supplies, and assisting with front-of-house duties as needed.

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages using high-end espresso machines and grinders.
• Perform latte art with attention to detail and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and inviting café environment, including stocking supplies and restocking coffee.
• Assist with front-of-house duties, such as greeting guests and addressing their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
• Uphold Kimpton’s commitment to exceptional service by delivering warm, personalized interactions with every guest.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about hotel operations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a high-volume café or hotel setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation techniques.
• Experience with high-end espresso machines and grinders, such as La Marzocco, Rocket, or similar.
• Certification in coffee preparation (e.g., SCA, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality in every cup of coffee.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
