🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local culture and customs in Bali.,Experience in financial management and budgeting.,Knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
