PT Nusantara Charco International is looking for a dedicated Laboratory Manager to oversee the laboratory operations for Briquette and Activated Carbon production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management and a passion for quality control and improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, making it a key position in our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all tests and analyses are conducted accurately and efficiently.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory activities to ensure consistency and quality.,Train and mentor laboratory staff on proper techniques and safety protocols.,Conduct quality control tests and analyses on Briquette and Activated Carbon samples to ensure they meet industry standards.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Monitor and maintain laboratory safety, ensuring all staff adhere to safety protocols.,Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in the field of laboratory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management, preferably in the Briquette or Activated Carbon industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and practices.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
