📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely responses.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Participate in supplier evaluations and selection processes.,Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to inform procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including contract negotiation and supplier management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
