This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to reach a wide pool of candidates.,Maintain a strong employer brand to attract passive candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
