📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet quality and taste standards.
  • Ensure all pastries are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Manage a team of pastry chefs and assistants.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in product development and innovation.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to travel for work as needed.
