📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify training requirements.,Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other HR departments to align learning and development programs with organizational goals.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to travel as needed for training and development activities.
