📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to sales representatives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and development opportunities to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
