📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Provide technical support to customers and users,Work with designers and developers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines,Passion for helping others understand complex information
