📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist therapists in providing direct patient care, including treatment sessions, therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Help with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, to support patients' independence and well-being.
• Monitor patients' progress and maintain accurate records of patient care and activities.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in therapy techniques and best practices in patient care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care and support services.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Therapy Assistant (CTA) certification or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Therapy Assistant or in a similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques, including but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms, is a plus.
