📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and plate dishes with precision and attention to detail
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work closely with chefs to ensure dishes are presented to the highest standards
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
• Learn and apply new techniques and recipes
• Assist in inventory management and food cost control
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Support the head chef in training and mentoring junior staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and plating
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: grills, ovens, fryers, and blenders
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Passion for culinary arts and desire to learn and grow
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
