In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, manage our accounts payable, and maintain our financial records. You will use tools such as SAP and Excel to manage our financial data, and you will be responsible for reconciling our accounts payable with our general ledger.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using SAP and Excel.
• Reconcile accounts payable with general ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving payment disputes.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• Proven experience using SAP and Excel for financial data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
