📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to customers.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with coffee machines and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (22:30 - 05:30).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering.
