📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor bio-fertilizer projects across various farming sites in Bali.
• Conduct field assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of bio-fertilizer applications.
• Collaborate with local farmers and agricultural experts to ensure sustainable farming practices.
• Record and report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Assist in training and educating local farmers on the benefits and proper use of bio-fertilizers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all field activities and communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field assistance, agricultural extension, or related roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with local farmers and team members.
• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and bio-fertilizers.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in diverse farming environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
