In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with our company's strategic goals. You'll collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and oversee the delivery of training sessions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop curriculum.
• Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone to create and manage training content.
• Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, and handouts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery.
• Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-person responsibilities.
