📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and plate dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work closely with chefs to ensure dishes are presented to the highest standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Learn and apply new techniques and recipes
- Assist in inventory management and food cost control
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Support the head chef in training and mentoring junior staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and plating
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: grills, ovens, fryers, and blenders
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Passion for culinary arts and desire to learn and grow
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
