As a Dynamic Sports Coach, you will design and implement engaging training programs tailored to the unique needs of young athletes. Your daily tasks will include conducting skill-building exercises, organizing team practices, and providing constructive feedback to help athletes reach their full potential. You will work closely with a diverse team of coaches, administrators, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to youth sports development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for young athletes aged 8-18
• Conduct skill-building exercises and drills to improve athletes' performance
• Organize and lead team practices, games, and tournaments
• Provide constructive feedback and support to athletes and their families
• Collaborate with other coaches, administrators, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to youth sports development
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote the benefits of sports and physical activity
• Maintain accurate records of athletes' progress and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest sports science research and best practices in youth sports coaching

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sports coach, preferably in a youth development setting
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Strong knowledge of sports-specific training techniques and drills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Passion for inspiring and developing young athletes
