• Oversee the management of a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of subdirectorate activities, ensuring alignment with ministry strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as maritime studies, fisheries science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the maritime or fisheries sector, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of government operations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
