📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans and supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.,Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
